BRIC Card Access Process

1. The Authorized POC should email the completed BRIC Card Access Form to BRIC@baylor.edu.
2. Once the completed form is received by the Director's office, card access is then set up as requested.

          *Forms will only be accepted from Authorized POC.

          *Please cc Pat Hynan, Patrick_Hynan@baylor.edu for all ECS/ME suite/ lab access.
